It all started in 2008...
When Dr. Ji-Hee Kim organized a group of budding entrepreneurs and professionals in the Buffalo-area, she brought together 10 highly ambitious, optimistic, and versatile personalities, eager to grow and learn together.
Established by Dr. Kim to provide mentoring and real-world experience for members, since then the Can Do Society has interacted with many local and international entrepreneurs, creating abilities for members to learn from experts while expanding their network.
Developing our vision and goals has been an enduring but rewarding process. We have formed strategies for our organization's growth, networked with other students, and have enjoyed recreational activities to build synergy among our group. Now, we are focused on offering opportunities for other students and business professionals. We are seeking to bridge the gap between student and teacher and worker with boss. Our goal is to increase the value our members receive by being in Can Do Society, while contributing back to the community, the business world, and the schools.
We are currently seeking business professionals to join us for dinner and a networking event.
